• Cleaning and organizing the bar area, including surfaces, tools, and equipment.
• Helping with drink preparation, taking customer orders, and delivering drinks during peak hours.
• Managing inventory and alerting the manager to low stock levels.
• Washing dishes, taking out trash, sweeping, and mopping floors.
• Answering customer questions and routing complaints.
• Helping prepare the bar before opening and breaking it down after closing.
