Responsibilities

• Support bartenders and floor staff throughout each shift
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, tables, and common areas
• Monitor and restock supplies (beer cooler, N/A beverages, soda, paper goods, silverware, plates)
• Turn and reset tables between guests
• Manage trash throughout the venue — inside and outside
• Assist with takeout order readiness and bag prep
• Keep menus stocked and organized at bar and barrel
• Greet and acknowledge guests as they enter and move through the space
• Water indoor and outdoor plants at end of shiftComplete opening and closing side work as directed by the manager on duty
