Job summary

Colony Grill is seeking a service-oriented Barback to join our hospitality team. You will assist with efficient bar setup, maintenance, and provide support to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintain bar stock, prep garnishes, and coordinate with managers and kitchen staff to deliver smooth service throughout shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist bartender and manager with bar setup from start to end of shift.
• Keep bar stocked with liquor, glasses, napkins, and supplies.
• Prepare garnishes, refill ice wells, change beer kegs, and restock napkins and straws.
• Keep bar area neat and organized; clean as needed and coordinate with team.
• Coordinate with managers, frontline staff and kitchen to ensure efficient guest service.

As a key member of our hospitality team, you will provide efficient bar set up, maintenance, and general service support toward an exceptional all-around experience for our guests.

You are a team-oriented individual who can create a welcoming atmosphere; detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities with excellent organization and communication skills that translate into positive outcomes for yourself, restaurant staff members, and guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartender and manager with efficient bar set up from the beginning to end of shift.
• Keep bar stocked with liquor, glasses, napkins, and all other necessary items before and during service.
• Prepare garnishes, refill ice wells, change beer kegs, and restock napkins and straws.
• Keep bar area neat; cleaning as needed, remove glassware and organize all sections of bar stations.
• Coordinate with managers, frontline team members and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service to guests.
