Job summary

Pacific Hospitality Group is seeking a friendly bar professional to join our team in Huntington Beach, CA. You will maintain bar supplies, stock beverages, wash glassware, and ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction across our bars and lounges.

You will follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, wear non-slip shoes, and report to work on schedule. Prior bar experience and knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktails are a plus as we serve memorable experiences to guests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appropriate levels of inventory and supplies for bars and venues during shifts.
• Replenish bar supplies including liquor, beer, ice, glassware, napkins and straws.
• Wash glasses, utensils and related serving items according to sanitation guidelines.
• Dispose of recyclables and transport soiled barware to stewarding area.
• Follow all food handling, sanitation and health department guidelines.
• Wear non-slip, oil-resistant shoes and follow safety policies.
• Report to work on schedule and on time as required.

WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH

• Maintain appropriate levels of inventory and supplies by replenishing bar supplies including liquor, beer, CO2 and other beverage tanks, ice, glassware, dishes and consumable supplies to all bars and alcohol venues on a timely basis during the shift to ensure an experience that meets or exceeds guests' expectations.
• Maintain the appearance of bar and lounge areas by cleaning and resetting bars and related areas, stocking and removing glassware and related supplies such as ice, napkins and straws.
• Wash all glasses, utensils, and related preparation/serving items by following approved sanitation and safety guidelines, including operating commercial dishwasher; inspect, dry and store all cleaned items properly to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest service.
• Properly disposes of recyclables and transports soiled barware to stewarding area.
• Follow all standard food handling, sanitation, TIPS and health department guidelines.
• Must wear non-slip, oil-resistant shoes.
• Follows all safety policies and procedures.
• Reporting to work as scheduled (on time and on regular basis) is an essential function of the job.
