• Transport and stock glassware to bars and venues.
• Unload items delivered to bars and venues.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of bar and venues.
• Prepare mixes and garnishes and assist in drinks preparation.

• Transport bulk supplies to and from bars and maintain cleanliness of bars.
• Assists the Bartender in providing friendly, courteous beverage preparation and service in accordance with established procedures.
• Report to Supervisor on duty for daily assignments.
• Transport and Stock beer, soda, bag 'n box and bulk items needed at bars and other venues.
• Transport and Stock glassware to bars and other venues.
• Unload items delivered to bars and other venues.
• Clean floors, drains, and mats at bars and other venues.
• Ensure use of correct elevators and delivery routes to designated bars and other venues.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of bar and other venues.
• Prepare mixes and garnishes.
• Assist Bartender in preparation of drinks as necessary.
• Maintain knowledge of current hotel activities, beverage outlets and operations.
• Get change for Bartender as required.
• Other job-related duties as assigned.
