PENN Entertainment is seeking team members for on‑site roles at Ameristar Casino Hotel Council Bluffs. The position focuses on delivering quality service, setting up serving stations, answering menu questions, and upholding safety and sanitation standards in a fast-paced entertainment venue.

Experience in a food serving environment is encouraged; strong communication and guest service skills are valued, with benefits and growth opportunities as part of Total Rewards.

• Ensure quality service standards are followed and cost controls are adhered to
• Set up serving stations according to checklist
• Answer questions regarding food preparation and make menu suggestions
• Adhere to established policies and procedures regarding customer service
• Assure all tables are clean and properly set
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards
• Uphold alcohol service regulations
• Experience in a food serving environment is encouraged
