  • Assist bartenders with garnishes, syrups, juices, and other bar ingredients.
  • Monitor inventory and notify management of shortages; support opening/closing procedures.

# BarbackHot JobCitrus Heights, CA 95621## OverviewSalary Range$16.90 - $18.00 Hourly## Description**Barback****Primary Function**To support Food and Beverage staff in alignment with the company’s mission and core values.**Essential Responsibilities**All job duties are to be performed in accordance with Company Policies & Procedures, Safety Regulations and other legal regulations and requirements (California Health & Safety Code, Division 104, Part 7 - Retail Food). Essential responsibilities include the following. Please note that additional duties may be assigned at a future date:* Follow safe California Food Handlers guidelines.* Restock beer, liquor, wine, mixers, garnishes, ice, and bar supplies throughout shifts.* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, storage rooms, coolers, and service stations.* Remove empty bottles, trash, glassware, and recycling promptly and safely.* Wash and polish glassware, utensils, and bar equipment. This requires the use of chemicals, which must be used/handled in accordance with the SDS (Safety Data Sheet) for each chemical.* Refill ice bins and transport kegs, cases, and inventory as needed.* Assist bartenders with preparation of garnishes, syrups, juices, and other bar ingredients.* Ensure adequate inventory levels by monitoring stock and notifying management of shortages.* Follow food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.* Support opening, closing, and side-work procedures.* Provide quick, efficient support in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and teamwork.* Provide a fun, superior gaming and dining experience by establishing and maintaining a good rapport with guests to promote continued patronage.* Report unsafe practices or hazardous conditions to the Restaurant Manager, Security or Restaurant Manager.* Report to CSM or Security any individuals in the casino who appear to be underage, intoxicated, whose conduct appears to be illegal, or who poses a threat to the Company's operations.* Attend annual BSA/AML training, as scheduled.## Qualifications**Qualifications**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
