Job summary

Stones South Bay Corp is seeking a friendly, guest-focused Food & Beverage Server to greet guests, take orders, deliver meals and drinks, and check back to ensure satisfaction on the gaming floor and dining room in compliance with California health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities include promoting teamwork, adhering to Responsible Beverage Service guidelines, reporting unsafe conditions, and completing AML/BSA training as scheduled; a high school diploma or GED is preferred, with 1 year

ServerPrimary FunctionTo serve food and beverage to guests and team members in alignment with the company's mission and core values.Essential ResponsibilitiesAll job duties are to be performed in accordance with Company Policies & Procedures, Safety Regulations and other legal regulations and requirements (California Health & Safety Code, Division 104, Part 7 - Retail Food). Essential responsibilities include the following and please note that additional duties may be assigned at a future date:Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner; take food and drink orders accurately; deliver food and drink orders in a timely manner; check back with guests often to inquire how their dining experience is progressing and to ensure satisfaction; maintain cleanliness throughout.Follow safe California Food Handlers guidelines.Promote teamwork efficiency by circulating the gaming floor and dining room for maximum availability, and assisting others, as needed.Monitor and enforce all the principles of RBS (Responsible Beverage Service), liquor license guidelines, and our company’s Alcohol Consumption policy.Provide a fun, superior gaming and dining experience by establishing and maintaining a good rapport with guests to promote continued patronage.Report unsafe practices or hazardous conditions to the CSM, Security or General Manager.Report to CSM or Security any individuals in the casino who appear to be underage, intoxicated, whose conduct appears to be illegal, or who poses a threat to the Company's operations.Attend annual AML/BSA training, as scheduled.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
