• Experience as a Barback, Busser, or Dishwasher preferred.

Job description

We are seeking some reliable and hardworking individuals to join our fun team as a Barback at Round Barn Estates this season! As a Barback, you will be responsible for making sure the bar staff is stocked with all items needed for service, as well as helping out where needed on the property. This may include tasks such as restocking ice, icing down canned beverages, restocking glassware, washing glassware, setting up chairs for events, and more.

Skills:

• Barback, Bussing, or dishwashing experience preferred
• Ability to assist bartenders efficiently
• Willingness to help out with various tasks on the property
• Knowledge of handling ice, glassware, chairs, and other bar-related items
• Assist guests with any questions or requests they may have
• Ensure all guests have a positive experience during their visit
• Perform opening and closing side work as directed by Managers & additional duties as assigned
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekend and night shifts
