Hurawalhi is seeking a dynamic Bar Waiter to join our Food & Beverage team at the 90‑villa, adults‑only luxury resort. The role involves serving beverages, handling orders, and maintaining bar cleanliness to ensure an excellent guest experience.

Requirements include at least two years in a similar role, strong beverage knowledge, effective communication in English, and flexibility to work shifts. Accommodation, meals, laundry and team facilities are provided.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar service procedures.
• Active listening and effective communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional, and personalized service to guests at bar outlets.
• Take beverage orders accurately and serve drinks promptly according to resort standards.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per recipes and brand guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times.
• Ensure correct billing procedures and handle cash or POS transactions responsibly.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
• Upsell additional products when appropriate.
• Follow all Health, Safety and Food Hygiene guidelines.
• Provide an excellent overall dining experience for our guests.

We are looking for a dynamic, self-efficient Bar Waiter to join our Food & Beverage team at Hurawalhi. The 90‑villa, adults‑only luxury resort. A renowned culinary hotspot offering epic culinary journeys, which include the largest all‑glass underwater restaurant, 5.8 Undersea Restaurant.
