Job summary

Kings Casino Management Corp is seeking a Barback to support Food and Beverage staff in a fast-paced casino environment. You will assist bartenders, restock supplies, and maintain clean bar areas while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities include helping with garnishes, ice, and inventory, and ensuring compliance with California health and safety codes. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for providing a top-tier guest experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills are required.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred, but not required.
• A minimum of 6 months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents; write routine reports and correspondence.
• Basic math skills and ability to perform simple calculations.

Responsibilities

• Restock beer, liquor, wine, mixers, garnishes, ice and bar supplies during shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, storage rooms, coolers, and service stations.
• Wash and polish glassware, utensils and bar equipment, following SDS safety guidelines.
• Assist bartenders with garnishes, syrups, juices and other bar ingredients.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management of shortages.
• Support opening, closing and side-work procedures.
• Provide fast, friendly support to guests and promote a positive gaming and dining experience.
• Report unsafe practices or hazardous conditions to supervision.
• Assist with compliance responsibilities including checking IDs per regulations.
