Job summary

Aramark is hiring a Barback to support bartenders by stocking, transporting, and cleaning across the bar area. The role involves restocking garnishes, glassware, towels, and keeping supplies ready for service.

You will assist with opening/closing duties, maintain inventory, and ensure cleanliness while providing friendly guest service and adhering to safety protocols. The position requires physical stamina and flexibility for shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Demonstrates excellent guest service skills, ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks quickly.
• Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• Requires constant standing and walking.

Responsibilities

• Assists with opening and closing duties, such as restocking the bar with garnishes, straws, and napkins, ensuring bartenders have clean towels and glassware.
• Delivers product and uses transfer sheets to maintain inventory integrity.
• Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains appearance of workstations and guest service areas.
• Ensures bar is well-stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer.
• Checks taps and appliances to ensure they are working and changes out kegs.
• Keeps the bar clean by wiping surfaces, sweeping and mopping, removing soiled glassware, scrubbing coolers and storage areas, and emptying trash receptacles.
• Maintains excellent guest service and a positive demeanor towards guests and colleagues.
• Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation.
• Ensures security of company assets.
