Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Barback to support bartenders by stocking, cleaning, and transporting products. You will assist with opening/closing tasks, keep the bar stocked, and help ensure guest satisfaction across a dynamic service environment.

Responsibilities include delivering product, maintaining inventory, and upholding safety and cleanliness standards while providing friendly, professional service during busy shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Excellent guest service skills and ability to prioritise tasks quickly.
• Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• Requires constant standing and walking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with opening/closing duties, restocking garnishes, straws, napkins, and ensuring bartenders have towels and glassware.
• Deliver product and use transfer sheets to maintain inventory.
• Clean and sanitize workstations and guest service areas.
• Keep bar stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer.
• Check taps/appliances and change out kegs.
• Maintain bar cleanliness by wiping surfaces, sweeping, mopping, and removing soiled glassware.
• Provide excellent guest service and maintain a positive demeanor.
• Follow Aramark safety policies and ensure asset security.
