Job summary

Qualifications

• Must stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and support bar staff during shifts.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs safely.
• Able to read and follow juice and batch cocktail recipes.
• Safe knife handling and kitchen equipment use.
• Maintain required certifications (e.g., TIPS/Alcohol).

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and staff professionally and positively.
• Assist bar staff with filling ice wells and stocking liquor.
• Ensure beer, wine, and cordials are stocked.
• Refill and date mixers, juices, and syrups.
• Cut fruit and garnishes; set up the bar for service.
• Empty bus tubs and prep the bar top.
• Batch cocktails per recipes and manage batch canisters.
• Arrive on time in proper uniform; follow management directions.
• Answer guest questions about food and drinks; know the menu.
• Obtain and update required certifications; comply with E-Verify.
• Set up/break down the bar area; clean floors, top, and wells.
• Trash duties and washing dishes using the bar machine.
