Job summary

ASM Global in Frisco, TX is seeking a Barback to support the bartending team in a fast-paced venue. You will stock supplies, assist bartenders, and help maintain a clean, organized bar area to ensure smooth guest service.

This role requires reliability, strong organization, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs; weekend and holiday shifts are common, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a barback, barista, or similar role preferred but not required.
• Excellent organization and multitasking skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Stock and restock bar supplies, including bottles, garnishes, glassware, and utensils.
• Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including cleaning glassware, utensils, and surfaces.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management of supplies that need reordering.
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations.
• Support in setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after shifts.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests and answering questions when necessary.
• Handle waste disposal and ensure a tidy work environment.
