Responsibilities

• Inform manager of any breakdowns or malfunctions of equipment.
• Assist bartenders with preparation of service (e.g. cut fruit, wash dishes, etc.).
• Assist bartenders with end-of-day clean-up of the bar (e.g. mopping, etc.).
• Communicate with bartenders regarding their needs, and provide assistance as requested.
• Follow department and company-wide policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
