Job summary

Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel is seeking a bar attendant to ensure bars are stocked with beer, juices, and mixes and to assist bartenders with service and end-of-day cleanup. Responsibilities include stocking, cleanliness, assisting with fruit prep, and reporting equipment breakdowns.

Qualifications

• Previous bar experience is helpful but not required.
• Basic knowledge of liquor service is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all bars are stocked with adequate amounts of beer, juices, mixes, etc.
• Keep liquor room and beer cooler neat and organized.
• Inform manager of any breakdowns or malfunctions of equipment.
• Assist bartenders with preparation of service (e.g. cut fruit, wash dishes, etc.).
• Assist bartenders with end-of-day clean-up of the bar (e.g. mopping, etc.).
• Communicate with bartenders regarding their needs, and provide assistance as requested.
• Follow department and company-wide policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
