Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm in difficult situations and handle a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Food handlers license and alcohol license required.
• At least one year of related experience and POS system familiarity expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and present beverage menus.
• Record drink orders accurately into our POS system.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks per standard recipes.
• Upsell drinks and menu items to customers.
• Balance the cash register at the start and close of each shift.
• Inventory and restock liquor, beer, and bar supplies.
• Ensure customers of legal drinking age by checking IDs.
