Job summary

The Lafayette Club in Minnetonka Beach, MN is seeking a full-time Bar Supervisor to lead the daily operations of the Member Bar, ensuring exceptional service and accurate inventory control. This role reports to the Member Dining Manager and offers competitive compensation with tips eligibility.

You will train bartenders, develop seasonal menus, and cover high-demand shifts while maintaining a polished appearance and strong member relations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years bar supervisory experience
• Total bar experience 7+ years
• ServSafe and TIPS or comparable certifications
• Of legal drinking age

Responsibilities

• Open and close the Member bar.
• Train bartenders and evaluate performance.
• Manage inventory and restock as needed.
• Create and finalize seasonal drink menus in collaboration with staff.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and ensure service standards.
• Ensure accurate member tabs and smooth checkout.
