Qualifications

• 3+ years of bar supervisory experience.
• 7+ years total bar experience.
• ServSafe and TIPS or comparable certifications.
• Of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Expertise in bar operations and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Member Bar.
• Lead, train, and coach bartenders.
• Manage inventory and beverage program execution.
• Create seasonal drink menus and promotions.
• Ensure service standards and cleanliness.
• Coordinate with management and industry reps.
• Open and close the bar; manage tabs.
