Job Summary

Monitor the food service operation to ensure the production of top-quality products and service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Perform inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
2. Ensure staff is on task, quality standards are met, and the operation is clean and organized.
3. Monitor marketing to confirm signage is current and appropriate.
4. Uphold policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and client expectations.
5. Perform other duties as assigned.
