Little Gem, a neighborhood craft cocktail bar in Chapel Hill, is hiring for all positions, including bartender, barback, server, and host/door.

We value a love of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and zero proof beverages, but more importantly, we seek individuals with a genuine passion for hospitality who thrive in a positive and dynamic environment.

Little Gem is a partnership between the Beau Catering team and Beverage Director Paul Finn, an industry veteran with over 17 years of experience. Paul previously managed beverage programs at Lantern, a James Beard award-winning restaurant in Chapel Hill, as well as Garage, an award-winning cocktail bar, and Comedor, a Michelin-recognized restaurant in downtown Austin, TX.
