Job Summary:
The Pool Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional service to club members and their guests by preparing beverages, maintaining a clean and organized pool bar, and ensuring that all members' needs are met in a fast-paced environment. This position requires excellent multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a high-energy setting. The ideal candidate will be proactive, friendly, and dedicated to upholding the high standards of the club while providing a memorable poolside experience.

Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:
Previous bartending experience, preferably in a high-end hospitality or poolside setting.
Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of drink recipes and cocktail preparation.
Strong attention to detail and organization.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry items, including trays and beverage supplies, up to 40 pounds.
This position is based primarily outdoors and requires working in varying weather conditions.
Must be able to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods.
*In addition to the aforementioned details, a Pool Bartender must act professionally, respectfully, and fairly towards members, guests, and all club staff. If disciplinary action must be taken, the bartender must act in the best interest of the club and membership. Judgment should be exercised in moments of urgency, with follow-up to direct managers as soon as possible.
