Job summary

Triple Shift Entertainment is seeking a professional Bartender to join our front-of-house team in Minnesota. You will mix and serve drinks, verify ages, upsell, manage bar stock, and keep a clean, well-stocked bar.

You’ll greet guests, maintain pace in a busy environment, and uphold our core values of Spirit, Courage, Own It, Respect, and Excellence. Ideal candidates have prior bartending experience, strong interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender or similar role.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions with Spirit values.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the bar in a timely and responsible manner.
• Greet guests and serve drinks, upsell when appropriate.
• Maintain bar setup and stock of beverages and supplies.
• Process payments and manage cash transactions.
• Ensure IDs are checked and alcohol served responsibly.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar area.
