Ditka's Restaurant Group is seeking a bartender to welcome guests at the bar, take orders and craft beverages while maintaining high standards of service and accuracy. You will ensure proper handling of company funds and comply with all federal, state, local, and company requirements for safe alcohol service.

Role requires knowledge of menu items, effective upselling, and maintaining bar standards. You will work with a team to deliver an exceptional guest experience and support ongoing cleaning

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as bartender in a full service concept.
• Demonstrated proficiency in safe alcohol service per regulations.
• Experience dealing with customers in a food service environment.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests at the bar, take orders and mix beverages per standard recipes.
• Verify guest age and comply with all laws and company policies.
• Prepare garnishes and drinks, maintain bar stock and cleanliness.
• Handle cash and operate the POS system according to procedures.
• Maintain professional appearance and support teamwork during shifts.
