Job description

As a Breakfast Attendant, you are an essential part of creating a welcoming and memorable start to the day for our guests and members. You will support the breakfast experience from preparation through service, ensuring buffet and beverage stations are beautifully presented, fully stocked, and maintained to our high standards. With a warm, attentive approach, you will anticipate guest needs, assist with table clearing and resetting, prepare simple breakfast items, and communicate with your team to keep service moving smoothly and efficiently. You will take pride in maintaining exceptional cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the buffet, beverage, dining, kitchen, and storage areas, understanding that every detail contributes to the overall guest experience. You will also safely and efficiently handle food, equipment, china, silver, utensils, cookware, and furnishings, ensuring the dining environment remains polished and inviting throughout and after service. Whether greeting a guest, refreshing the buffet, or ensuring a table is ready for the next arrival, you help create the effortless, welcoming experience our guests expect.

You will also play an important role in maintaining the quality, cleanliness, and organization behind the breakfast experience. From properly cleaning and storing china, silver, utensils, cookware, and service equipment to maintaining food preparation and service areas, you will ensure every detail is ready for the next guest. You will monitor supplies, communicate needs to your supervisor, and work closely with your teammates to anticipate what is needed throughout service. You understand that exceptional hospitality happens both in front of and behind the scenes, and you are willing to step in wherever needed to support the team.
