Job summary

McKibbon Hospitality seeks a Food & Beverage Server to take orders and deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely, friendly, enthusiastic and professional manner in Asheville, NC. This role requires one to two years of serving experience and a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

You must be legally able to serve alcohol and know state/local guidelines; drink preparation knowledge is a plus. Food safety or alcohol service training is recommended.

Qualifications

• One to two years’ experience as a server.
• Flexible schedule, including shift work, weekends and holidays.
• Legal ability to serve alcohol; knowledge of state/local guidelines.
• Knowledge of drink preparation.
• Food safety certification or alcohol service training recommended.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and friendly manner.
• Create an energized bar atmosphere through personalized service.
• Anticipate guest needs and adapt service accordingly.
• Maintain cleanliness and look of the bar area at all times.
