Overview

Bar Porter

It is the responsibility of the Bar Porter to aid the Bartending staff in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness along with ample stock of glassware, condiments, beer, paper products, and other necessary items needed for efficient operation within beverage outlets while providing excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders by providing a consistent flow of service to guests promptly.
• Maintain bar stock levels of all supplies including glassware, napkins, straws, garnish, etc.
• Keep the bar area clean, manage trash removal, and clean bar equipment/tools.
• Deliver glassware to Stewards.
• Perform work assignments as directed by beverage management.
• Assist bartenders as needed.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Demonstrate a commitment to responsible gaming and alcohol service.

Qualifications

• Prior experience is preferred but training will be provided for the right candidate(s).
• Capable of lifting and moving heavy objects.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a well-groomed appearance.
• Effective communication skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
• Must obtain a Casino Registration License upon hire.
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
