Qualifications

• 6+ months of food service experience preferred
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Stock and serve beverage outlets, maintain inventory, and assist with deliveries
• Keep beverage areas clean, sanitize and organize equipment and spaces
• Complete paperwork like bar transfers and dry stock deliveries
• Maintain par levels of liquor, beer, and supplies; order as needed
• Set up and break down portable bars in designated areas
• Ensure proper freight elevators and delivery routes to hotel areas and beverage outlets
• Organize pump rooms and storage areas; flag non-stock items for management
• Address guest concerns within scope of authority and notify management when needed
