Job summary

Qualifications

• A minimum of one (1) year of experience as a bar porter and/or bar back in a casino, high-volume nightclub or high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Must have knowledge of beverages, glassware, and garnishes.

Responsibilities

• Cleans bar area and equipment per policy.
• Sets the bar properly.
• Stocks soda gun products, garnishes, and mixes to service standards.
• Prepares all mixes and garnishes.
• Greets and converses with customers at the bar.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
