Job summary

You will maintain inventory, assist with bar setup and breakdown, and ensure sanitation and accurate paperwork.

Responsibilities include organizing beverage storage, coordinating deliveries, handling transfers, and resolving guest concerns within authority, with shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 6+ months of prior food service experience preferred.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Stock and serve beverage outlets, maintain inventory including glassware, condiments, and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of beverage areas and related equipment; sanitation and organization.
• Complete required paperwork including bar transfers and dry stock deliveries.
• Maintain par levels and storage for liquor, beer, and supplies; order as needed.
• Set up and break down portable bars in designated areas.
• Ensure proper routing and handling of items within hotel and outlets.
