Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City is seeking a Bar Porter to maintain a high standard of customer service at the bar while keeping the area stocked and clean. You will set the bar, ensure soda guns, garnishes, and mixes meet standards, and restock supplies during shifts.

The role requires greeting guests, assisting with drinks, and adhering to responsible gaming and alcohol service policies, while supporting the hotel's mission and values. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Responsibilities

• Cleans bar area, including bar tops, sinks, glasses, refrigerators, coolers and other bar appliances in accordance with Hard Rock policies as well as the New Jersey Health Standards.
• Ensures bar is set properly.
• Ensures all soda gun products, fruit garnishes, and mixes meets service standards.
• Stocks assigned bar with product and supplies throughout the shift
• Prepares all mixes and garnishes
• Acknowledges, greets and converses with customers who approach the bar
• Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate managers of concerns and observations.
• Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s Mission and Values.
• Ensure prompt and discreet notification to managers and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
• Other duties as assigned.
