Qualifications

• Must be licensed by the West Virginia Racing Commission.
• Must be able to obtain proper Food Handler Certification.
• Must be Tips and TOPs certified.
• Applicant must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring a consistent flow of services to guests by assisting cocktail servers and bartenders with their job functions.
• Keeps bar tops, area and floors clean by removing dirty ashtrays and used glassware.
• Clears and wipes down tables in lounge areas when no bartender is present.
• Maintains a clean work environment in accordance with Health Department standards.
• Maintains par stock levels by placing orders for bar supplies.
• Distributes clean bar towels and collects soiled ones, discarding them properly.
• Operates and maintains bar areas, keg handling, and beverage service with attention to guest experience.
