Job summary
PENN Entertainment is seeking a beverage service associate in Morgantown, United States, to deliver prompt, courteous service to casino guests and maintain beverage standards.

Qualifications
- Must have High School Diploma/GED.
- Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules.
- Ability to perform basic math and present information to guests.
- Ability to operate POS systems.
- Must qualify for Pennsylvania state racing licensing and board credentials.
- Must obtain food handler and RAMP certifications.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, courteous beverage service to casino guests.
- Maintain knowledge of PLCB and RG standards.
- Be knowledgeable about alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and trends.
- Monitor guests’ needs and fulfill requests promptly.
- Accurately and efficiently use the POS system.
- Monitor guests' alcohol intake per policy.
- Assist other beverage staff with side work and opening/closing duties.
- Work as part of a casino operations team to ensure smooth service.
