Sofive City Soccer, Inc. is seeking a Manager on Duty to oversee daily operations of our Sofive Soccer facility, with a focus on bar and food & beverage services. You will manage bar staff, inventory, and customer experience to uphold Sofive standards.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills, plus bar/FOB management experience. This role requires hands-on leadership, operational excellence, and a commitment to safety and service during peak times.

• Ability to manage staff and ensure safety procedures.

Aufgaben

• Oversees daily bar operations and staff during shift.
• Ensures bar is properly staffed, organized, and operating efficiently.
• Supervises bar staff to ensure quality service and proper cash handling.
• Drives bar sales by monitoring demand and opportunities to upsell.
• Maintains bar inventory and coordinates restocking with management.
• Keeps bar and service areas clean and compliant with company standards.
• Responds to customer inquiries and resolves issues professionally.
• Ensures compliance with bar, food & beverage, and cash-handling policies.
• Collaborates with Front Desk, Soccer Operations, and Food & Beverage teams.
• Prepares facility for leagues and high-volume periods; adjusts staffing as needed.
• Implements safety procedures for staff and customers.
