Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group in Denver seeks a dedicated DEN Bar Manager to lead daily bar operations across its DEN locations, driving safety, sanitation, and service excellence while partnering with corporate teams on openings and new technologies.

You will develop and train bartenders, manage budgets, and ensure high quality F&B standards across the portfolio, fostering strong client relationships and a culture of accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years bartending experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of Food & Beverage operations experience at a supervisor level.
• Ability to coach and guide bartenders and management staff.
• Ambitious spirit to deliver high quality F&B operations for external customers.
• Use of hands, handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day bar operations in all DEN locations on site.
• Support corporate team in new openings in your hub.
• Support new and existing bar technologies.
• Create a culture of safe and responsible service with all team members.
• Implement practices to support safety and sanitation goals.
• Understand and utilize all tools to achieve budgetary, quality control, service standards and financial goals.
• Develop training plan to implement SOPs with training coordinators.
• Strategize with Beverage Operations manager on performance gaps and processes to close gaps.
