Job summary

WOB Bar & Kitchen is seeking a highly motivated Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional World of Beer experience. You will lead staff development, ensure operational excellence, and maintain food safety and sanitation standards across all shifts.

Requirements include 1–2 years in hospitality management, ability to train others, and certification within 30 days. A flexible schedule and United States work eligibility are expected.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hospitality/food service management experience.
• Maintain highest cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Be able to train staff on all station functions.
• Know each bar station well to guide new employees.
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness Certification within 30 days.
• Willingness to travel is a plus.
• Flexible schedule and eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and drive sales toward forecasts.
• Develop and mentor World of Beer staff for growth.
• Maintain quality of operations and ensure shift-to-shift excellence.
• Hire/fire decisions within management authority; manage staffing.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor financial performance and inventories.
