Qualifications

• 3+ years of bar or beverage leadership in a high‑volume environment.
• Track record of growing beverage sales and implementing promos.
• Experience coaching bartenders in fast-paced, guest‑focused settings.
• Strong cost controls, inventory and labor management experience.
• Solid knowledge of responsible alcohol service and local regs.

Responsibilities

• Lead all bar operations and beverage execution to deliver exceptional service.
• Drive beverage sales through upselling and event programming.
• Train bartenders in mixology, guest engagement and responsible service.
• Oversee inventory, costs, ordering and bar financial performance.
