You will oversee beverage program execution, schedule 3–4 shifts weekly, coordinate interviews, onboarding, and payroll-related tasks, and drive events that activate the brand in the local community.

Qualifikationen

• 21 years of age or older.
• 2+ years of bar experience.
• Above average base mathematical and spreadsheet skills.
• Advanced knowledge in beer, wine, cocktails, spirits, techniques, and the overall food and beverage industry.

Aufgaben

• Leads by example.
• Promotes, works, and acts in a manner consistent with the mission, vision and values of Politan Row.
• Communicates to HR Manager all job post needs for open positions and schedules and conducts interviews with applicants.
• Ensures that bar personnel are trained to properly execute and maintain service standards, cleanliness standards, drink preparation, team communication, and any additional training as per company directive.
• Leads the bar team in developing new cocktails and menu offerings.
• Ensures all guests feel welcome and receive responsive, friendly service at all times.
• Onboards new hires including orientation, training, and I-9 verification.
• Keeps staff updated on new policies and procedures and ensures understanding.
• Leads bi-weekly inventory counts for all bar items.
• Maintains accurate pricing and offerings in the POS system.
• Communicates via email and Slack.
• Maintains 3-4 bar shifts per week from the front.
• Submits time cards and tip sheets for payroll.
• Acts in accordance with Beverage Program and SOPs.
• Creates and maintains cleaning schedules and checklists.
• Coaches staff on checklist completion and quality.
• Generates activations and events to promote the bars and brand.
• Develops distributor and ambassador relationships for tastings and trainings.
