Qualifications

• Minimum bar or restaurant leadership experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service orientation with hospitality focus.
• Ability to manage cash handling procedures and reporting.
• Familiarity with POS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily bar operations to ensure efficient service.
• Lead, coach, and develop bartenders and bar staff to high performance standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve concerns professionally.
• Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Ensure compliance with policies, health regulations, and responsible service guidelines.
• Oversee cash handling procedures, register accuracy, and end-of-shift reporting.
• Create staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during operating hours.
• Assist with training new team members and ongoing coaching.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the bar area.
• Support management initiatives to drive sales and profitability.
