Logan's Roadhouse is seeking a Bar Manager to oversee daily bar operations, supervise staff, manage inventory, and ensure exceptional customer service. The role emphasizes cost control, compliance with alcohol regulations, and driving revenue growth.

You will lead a team, train personnel, and uphold sanitation and safety standards while maintaining a positive work environment and strong guest relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years restaurant management experience.
• Prior Front of House & Back of House Manager experience.
• Supervisory experience and strong leadership.
• Excellent communication and team motivation.
• Food handler and alcohol dispensing certifications required.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits preferred.
• Aptitude for driving sales through guest cultivation and retention.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent, high-quality beverages are served to customers.
• Manage and track inventory to ensure adequate stock.
• Create a welcoming environment for guests and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
• Review product quality and research new vendors.
• Train and supervise bar staff to be knowledgeable about products and policies.
• Oversee bar cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Maintain good vendor relationships and timely deliveries.
• Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Engage with guests and build relationships.
