Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise and schedule bar staff according to policy.
• Develop and implement bar policies, service standards and budget.
• Collaborate with Entertainment, Marketing and Facilities teams for event success.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
