The ideal candidate has at least two years in food service, a gracious, professional demeanor, and the ability to balance a tray while handling cash and card transactions.

About the role:

The Food & Beverage Server provides exceptional quality and service to Bar Margot guests. In this role, you will be tasked with providing an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests’ needs and as an expert on the menu options; and delivering memorable guest experiences.

What you will do:

• Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.


• Anticipate guest needs a d satisfaction; offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.


• Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards.

What you bring:

• An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task


• High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine


• Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset


• Minimum two years food service or related work.


• Ability to carry and balance a tray.Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions.
