Job summary

Four Seasons Atlanta is seeking a Food & Beverage Server for Bar Margot to deliver exceptional beverage and dining experiences in a luxury setting. You will anticipate guest needs, guide menu options, and contribute to memorable moments for guests at the Brasserie Margot and Spa experiences in a world-class property.

The role requires an outgoing personality, strong food and wine knowledge, and at least two years of food service experience.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task.
• Strong knowledge of food and wine.
• Minimum two years food service or related work.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray.
• Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions.

About The Role

The Food & Beverage Server provides exceptional quality and service to Bar Margot guests. In this role, you will be tasked with providing an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests’ needs and as an expert on the menu options; and delivering memorable guest experiences.

What You Will Do

• Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
• Anticipate guest needs a d satisfaction; offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards

What You Bring

• An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
• High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine
• Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset
• Minimum two years food service or related work.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray. Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions.
