Job summary

AC Hotel Cincinnati at The Banks, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a Bar Manager for multiple outlets. You will lead a proactive, guest-focused team and drive the Food & Beverage operation to meet fiduciary and quality goals.

Responsibilities include attending weekly meetings, communicating capabilities to channels, enforcing standards of service, implementing cost controls, and developing staff through training and hiring.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated and analytical individual to join the team.
• Proven leadership in bar/FOH operations.
• Experience in cost controls and menu development.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly meetings and relay events to staff under supervision.
• Ensure standards of food, beverage and service quality are commensurate with a first-class operation.
• Implement effective cost controls for food, beverage and labor.
• Oversee hiring and training programs for food and beverage personnel.
• Develop appealing, high quality menus and event menus.
