You will recruit, train, and coach staff, manage bar operations and inventories, and foster a warm, professional atmosphere for guests and partners alike. The role emphasizes leadership, hospitality, and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years leadership experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain valid local and/or state Food Handler and Alcohol Server/Seller permits.
• Passion for hospitality with a proven track record of creating exceptional experiences.
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities
