Duties
- Foster a cohesive and collaborative team environment through exemplary leadership.
- Provide guests with friendly and attentive service throughout their dining experience, building relationships with both regulars and new guests.
- Maintain timeless and pristine environment standards at the bar.
- Exude professionalism and genuine warmth toward partners, guests, vendors, and business associates.
- Resolve service issues and guest complaints with urgency, poise, and good judgment.
- Assist with managing store sales, budgets, cost of goods, and labor.
- Manage bar inventory levels and conduct routine weekly inventory checks.
- Supervise and guide service and experience standards, providing impactful coaching as needed.
- Build sales opportunities and positive guest experiences.
- Fulfill recruitment needs, ensuring a positive candidate experience and effective selection.
- Support training and development of technical knowledge and execution.
- Communicate weekly and daily liquor, wine, and beer focus and feedback to service teams.
- Ensure health and safety standards through mitigation of hazards and risks.
- Advocate a safe workplace through key policies, standards, employee relations, and adherence to state laws.
Basic Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of leadership experience (high potential candidates with less experience are encouraged to apply).
- Must have or be able to obtain valid local and/or state Food Handler and Alcohol Server/Seller permits.
- Possess a passion for hospitality and a proven track record of creating world‑class hospitality experiences.
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced work environment.
- Be able to walk and stand for prolonged periods, frequently bend, reach, stretch, and lift up to 50 lbs.
