The Sheraton Greensboro, the region's largest hotel and convention center, is currently seeking a Bar Manager!

Duties will include:

1. Managing bar staff to include training, scheduling, and supervision
2. Controlling inventory to include managing inventory levels, placing orders, and controlling costs
3. Ensuring the guests are having an enjoyable experience
4. Maintaining a clean, neat work environment with a strong emphasis on safety
5. Ensuring drink quality and a high standard of service at all times

Requirements:

1. A minimum of one year bar management experience
2. Ability to train and motivate staff
3. Must have excellent leadership ability
4. Should be very detail oriented with excellent attention to detail and presentation
5. Must have a comprehensive knowledge of drinks, recipes, and bar equipment
6. Should be customer service focused
