This role embodies exceptional Guest Services within our Food & Beverage team. As a Bartender, you will craft cocktails and serve food with warmth and enthusiasm to create memorable experiences for our guests. This is a part-time position.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Provide our guests with exceptional service through genuine engagement and thoughtful attentiveness.
2. Prepare beverage orders, generate checks, and handle payments efficiently for each guest.
3. Maintain daily organization of the bar, ensuring all products are stocked and accessible.
4. Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages.
5. Reduce spoilage and waste through efficient productivity methods.
6. Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and proper functioning of all refrigeration, storage, and work areas.

Physical Demands:

1. Ability to kneel, stoop, pull, grasp, lift, carry, and transport 50–75 lbs.
2. Ability to stand and walk in confined spaces for the entire shift.
3. Manual dexterity to operate food and beverage equipment.

Qualifications:

1. Education:
2. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. Completion of Bartending School or Bartending & Mixology Certification preferred.
4. Experience:
5. Minimum 1-year bartending experience in a similar role and operation size; hotel experience preferred.
6. Alcohol Beverage Servers Certification required.
7. Food Handlers Certification required.
