Job summary

Living Fully Resorts is seeking a skilled Bartender to craft and serve cocktails, mix drinks, and deliver exceptional guest experiences across our resort venues. You will assess guest preferences, present bar menus, verify ages, and keep the bar stocked and organized while upholding responsible service and safety standards.

This role offers flexible hours and the chance to be part of a vibrant hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a bartender.
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.

Responsibilities

• Craft and serve beverages, from classic cocktails to innovative concoctions.
• Assess customer's needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Plan and present bar menu.
• Check the customer's identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Interact with customers, take orders, and offer recommendations with a friendly attitude.
• Maintain a well-stocked and organized bar, ensuring all tools and ingredients are readily available.
• Prepare garnishes, glassware, and other essentials for efficient service.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and adhere to legal drinking age regulations.
• Create an inviting and enjoyable atmosphere for guests to relax and enjoy their time.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a seamless bar operation.
